Judy L. Loy, ChFC®, RICP®

Judy Loy is President and CEO of Nestlerode & Loy Investment Advisors in State College, a fee-based financial services company that helps businesses, non-profits and individuals invest for the future. A graduate of Penn State University, Judy has continued to stay involved in the State College community. She was formerly on the board of directors for the Chamber of Business and Industry Centre County and for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Centre County. As a 2005 graduate of Leadership Centre County, Judy continues to enjoy her involvement with this organization. She currently serves on several boards including the Centre Volunteers in Medicine and Mutual Benefit Group.

Judy has received several noted honours. Pennsylvania Business Central selected her in 2014 and 2016 as one of the area's Top 100 People, and in 2011 she was selected as one of the 25 Women Making a Difference. In 2012, she received the Ron Haring Award through Leadership Centre County. In 2014, Judy received designation as a Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) from The American College of Financial Services. She pursued this new designation to stay current with changing financial strategies relating to asset management and income generation.

Judy is a frequent contributor to the Centre County Gazette and statecollege.com. She enjoys attending hockey and music events, as well as spending time with her husband Steve and their Labrador.
